Is Venxa free to use?

Yes for guests and for creating events. Fees only apply when money changes hands: buyers pay a 5% platform fee plus $0.50 per ticket and card processing, and organizers pay a 5% seller fee on face value. There are no setup or monthly charges.

Do I need an account to buy tickets or reserve a table?

Yes. Sign in with Google, a magic link sent to your email, or an email and password. Your tickets, bookings and QR codes live in your account so you can show them at the door. 1. Open Venxa and tap Sign in. 2. Choose Continue with Google, enter your email for a magic link, or tap Use password instead. 3. You are returned to the page you were on.

How do I install the Venxa app on my phone?

How do I find events near me?

Explore shows personalized rows such as Trending in your city. The Events page has a search box and filters for price (Free, Under $50, $50 to $150, $150+), date (Today, This Weekend, This Month) and category, plus a map view. 1. Tap Explore in the top bar. 2. Type an event, venue or city in the search box. 3. Tap Filters to narrow by price, date or category. Tap Near me to sort by distance. 4. Tap a card to open the event.

How do I buy tickets?

Pick how many tickets you want per tier on the event page, acknowledge the attendance terms, then pay with a card on the secure checkout. Confirmation and your QR tickets arrive by email and in My Tickets. 1. Open the event and use the − and + buttons next to a ticket tier. You can buy up to 10 per tier per order, or fewer if the organizer set a lower limit. 2. Tick "I understand that attendance is at my own risk". Age-restricted and hookah events add a second box confirming you will bring valid government ID. 3. Tap Select Tickets to Continue. The checkout shows Review, Payment and Confirmed steps. 4. On Review, enter a promo code under "Have a promo code?" and tap Apply, or add a promoter code (it never changes your price). 5. Tap Pay. Your tickets appear in My Tickets immediately.

What is an early bird price?

Organizers can set a lower early bird price for a tier until a cut-off date. The countdown on the tier shows how long it lasts. After the date, the regular price applies automatically.

Cards and the wallets your browser offers through Stripe, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Wallet credit from referrals or gift cards can be applied before paying. Buy now pay later is not available.

Can I buy tickets for friends?

Yes. Buy multiple tickets in one order; each ticket has its own QR code and all of them live in your account. Forward the confirmation email or show the codes from your phone at the door.

The event is sold out. Can I join a waitlist?

When tickets sell out, the event page shows Join Waitlist. You are told your position. If the organizer runs a paid waitlist, joining places a card hold for the full ticket price that is only captured if you are promoted. 1. Open the sold-out event and tap Join Waitlist (sign in first). 2. You see "You're #N on the waitlist". Tap Leave Waitlist any time. 3. If a spot opens, the organizer promotes the next person and you get an email with a claim link.

How do I buy a resale ticket?

Resale listings from other guests appear on the event page and, for seated events, as pink seats on the map. You pay the asking price plus the normal buyer fee; the ticket and QR transfer to you after payment. 1. On the event page, find the Resale section or tap a pink seat on the seat map. 2. Tap Buy. The resale checkout shows the asking price, the original face value and the fees. 3. Tap Continue to secure payment and pay.

How do I resell a ticket I cannot use?

Under an eligible pass, open "Resell on Venxa" and enter Price (USD). 3. Tap List. The pass shows "On resale for $X" with a Cancel listing button.

How do I pick my seats for a concert or show?

Seated events show a venue map. Tap a section to zoom in, tap a seat to see its row, number, ticket type and all-in price, add it, then reserve. Seats are held for 10 minutes while you pay. 1. On the event page, tap Choose seats in the ticket box. The venue map opens full screen. 2. Set how many tickets you want with the − and + buttons at the top. Sections are shaded blue when seats are open and grey when sold out. 3. Tap a section to zoom to seat level. Blue dots are available, yellow are your picks, pink are resale, light blue are accessible seats, grey are taken. 4. Tap a seat. The card shows Sec, Row and Seat, the ticket type, the price including fees, and a photo of the view when the organizer added one. 5. Tap Add. With 2 or more tickets, Venxa picks that many seats together in the same row. 6. Tap Reserve seats. Your seats are held for 10 minutes while you finish checkout.

Can I see seats as a list sorted by price?

Yes. Tap List at the top of the seat picker. Every available run of seats for your ticket count is listed by lowest all-in price, with the section, row, seat numbers and view label. Tap a row to select those seats on the map. 1. Open the seat picker and tap List. 2. Tap Filters to set a maximum price, hide or show Verified resale, or show accessible seats only. 3. Tap a listing to select it, then Reserve seats.

Club events show a floor plan under Reserve a table. Tap an open table to see its minimum spend, deposit and seat count, enter your party details, and pay the deposit or the full minimum. You get a confirmation code to show the host. 1. Open the event and scroll to Reserve a table. Green tables are open, amber are being booked right now, blue are taken. 2. Tap a table. The sheet shows the section (for example Booth, 2 bottle min), the minimum spend, the deposit and how many guests fit. 3. Set your party size, add the name on the reservation, an optional phone number and any special requests. 4. Tap Reserve. The table is held for 10 minutes while you pay the deposit (or the full minimum if the venue requires it). 5. After payment you get a confirmation code like VTB-7K3Q9M by email and in the app. Show it to the host on arrival.

From your dashboard orders, open the order and tap Request a refund. The page shows what you are eligible for under the event's policy. Add a reason and submit; the organizer approves or denies it. 1. Go to Dashboard, then Orders, and open the order. 2. Tap Request a refund. You see "Refund available: $X (NN%)" or that you are outside the window. 3. Write your reason (up to 2000 characters) and tap Submit refund request. 4. Watch your dashboard for the organizer's decision and note.

What if the event is cancelled?

Cancelled events stop accepting sign-ups and attendees are notified. The organizer is responsible for processing refunds for cancelled events; contact them from the event page or reach support if you do not hear back.

Please contact the organizer or Venxa support first. Chargebacks filed with your bank are reviewed with the organizer and can invalidate the tickets involved.

Free RSVP events have an RSVP Now button. Choose Going, Maybe or Not going, enter your name and email, add guests if the host allows it, and submit. 1. Tap RSVP Now on the event page. 2. Pick Will you attend: Going, Maybe or Not going. 3. Fill Your Name and Email. Add Number of guests if the host allows it (up to 20, within the host's limit) and an optional note. 4. Tap Confirm RSVP, Submit Maybe or Decline RSVP.

Friends-only by default. Set your activity to Public, Friends only or Hidden in Settings under Privacy. Hidden removes you from friends' feeds entirely. Public posts can also reach people who follow you as an organizer. Table bookings only ever show the table and section, never what you paid or your contact details.

Events with a minimum age or hookah require ID verification once before checkout or RSVP. Upload the front and back of a passport, driver's licence or national ID; it takes under two minutes and images are not stored. 1. Go to Verify ID (you are sent there automatically when an event requires it). 2. Upload Front of ID and Back of ID. 3. Tick the consent box and tap Submit for verification. 4. You see Identity Verified, Under Review or Verification Failed.

Open the event in your dashboard and tap the venue icon (or go to the Seating step). 2. The venue setup page suggests a layout from your venue type and shows what is already configured. 3. Open the Tonight tab. The floor plan is coloured by status and shows counters for confirmed, arrived, paying now, guests expected and money collected. Tap a table to see the guest, check them in, track live spend, add notes, move them or cancel. 1. Go to Tables & bottle service and tap Tonight. 2. Tap a booked table (or switch to List and search by name, table or confirmation code). 3. Tap Arrive when the party shows up. Use Undo arrival or No-show if needed. 4. Enter Live spend and tap Update to track the minimum; add an Internal note for staff. 5. Use Move to another table to reassign, or Cancel booking if they will not come.

How do I build a seat map for an arena, theater or stadium?

Open Reserved seating for the event and start from the Arena, Theater or Floor + stands template, or start blank. Drag sections and the stage into place, set rows and seats per row, assign a price level, add a view label, a "view from your seat" photo and accessible rows, then save. 1. From My Events tap the venue icon, then Build seat map (or open /dashboard/events/your-event/seating). Add ticket tiers first so sections have a price. 2. Pick a template. Arena gives floor blocks plus lower and upper bowls around the stage. 3. Tap a section to edit Name, Rows, Seats / row, Price level, View label (Floor, Side view, Limited view, Upper level, Premium, VIP or custom), a description and Accessible rows. 4. Tap Upload under "View from this section" to add a photo guests see on the seat card. 5. Drag sections to move them. Use +15° to rotate, Curve to bend rows toward the stage, Duplicate to copy, Add section for more. 6. Tap the stage to rename or resize it. Tap Save. Guests can now pick exact seats.

Can I change a seat map after tickets have sold?

Yes, safely. You can move, rename, relabel and re-price sections, add new sections and change photos. Rows and seats per row are locked for any section that already has sold or held seats, and such sections cannot be removed. The whole map cannot be deleted while seats are sold.

How do resale seats show up on the map?

When a guest lists a seated ticket for resale, that seat turns pink on the map and appears in the list view as Verified resale with the asking price. Buyers purchase it through the resale checkout and the seat transfers to them.

Give a promoter a code and share link. Their cut is a percentage of ticket face value, tracked per sale, with an optional earning cap. The buyer's price never changes. 1. Share the link with ?p=CODE, or have guests enter the code at checkout. 4. Watch Tickets sold, Earned and Outstanding per promoter. Deactivate a promoter any time.
