Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Venxa Technologies Ltd. ("Venxa", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have — including rights under the EU GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA.

What we collect

  • Account info: name, email, password (hashed), username, optional phone, date of birth.
  • Payment metadata via Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
  • Events you view, attend, like, or host; tickets you purchase; reviews you post.
  • Device & technical: IP address, browser, OS, pages visited.
  • Communications with support and contact-form submissions.

Pre-event polls and structured questions

Event organizers may ask you structured questions before their event — for example, your meal preference, t-shirt size, or dietary notes. These "polls" are an organizer-facing tool to help them plan logistics.

What is collected.Your choices for each question (e.g. "Medium" for shirt size) and any free-text you type (e.g. an allergy note), along with the source of your eligibility to answer (a ticket, an RSVP, or a waitlist entry) and the timestamps of when you submitted or last edited your response.

Why it is collected. Solely to fulfill the operational needs of the event you are attending — for example, so the organizer can order the right meals or print the right number of shirts. Venxa does not use poll responses for advertising, analytics, or to train models.

Who sees it. Each organizer chooses one of four visibility modes per poll, shown on the event page:

  • Organizer-only — only the organizer sees individual responses.
  • Attendees-after-answer — submitting reveals aggregate counts.
  • Attendees-after-close — aggregate appears once the poll closes.
  • Public-after-close — aggregate appears on the public event page once closed (e.g. "12 attendees picked vegan"). Aggregate only — never named.

Free-text answers (e.g. allergy notes) are always organizer-only, regardless of the visibility mode, because they may contain identifying information.

If your ticket is refunded or RSVP is declined. Your poll responses are preserved (locked, not deleted) so the organizer can still fulfill what you previously requested — for example, a t-shirt printer that already received your size. You can no longer edit your response after that point. To have the response permanently deleted, use the account-delete flow below or email privacy@venxa.events.

Your rights. You can edit or withdraw your response at any time before the poll closes, by visiting the poll on the event page or in /account/polls. The standard rights elsewhere in this policy (access, deletion, correction) apply to poll responses too.
