I can't find my tickets
Tickets live in your dashboard under My Tickets after purchase. Check the email address you used to sign up.
I want a refund
Go to Dashboard → Orders, find the order and click “Request Refund.” Eligibility depends on the organizer’s policy shown at purchase.
My event was cancelled
If an organizer cancels, all attendees receive a full automatic refund within 5–10 business days, regardless of the stated policy.
My QR code is not scanning
Make sure your screen brightness is high and the QR code is fully visible. Try downloading the ticket PDF from your dashboard.
I want to transfer a ticket
Open the ticket in your dashboard and use the Gift button to send it to another Venxa user by username or email.
